Inconsistent / Long Sync Time Issue

This problem has just started happening this week.

I will sync the app and it will take 25 seconds.

I will sync it again and it will take 200 seconds, or even time out.

I run the analyzer and it basically just shows all of the tables taking equally longer to sync.

Not sure where to go from here?

When its 200secs, drill down in the analyser to see where the time is spent.

You might have to play with the tick boxes to get the right info.
