We received a customer support request reporting that, when generating a report for the year 2025, the course “Empreendedor de Sucesso” does not display the Web (EAD) and WhatsApp versions separately.
When filtering only by WhatsApp, the data is displayed correctly. However, when selecting both formats (EAD and WhatsApp), the report shows only one consolidated row, merging the enrollments of both course versions.
When attempting to reproduce the issue, we identified that the “solution type” filter appears to behave inconsistently:

The filter selection is not visually updated in the interface;

However, the charts and tables are recalculated, which results in inconsistent values and causes confusion during data analysis.
Our data team reviewed the dashboard configuration and filter settings in detail and did not find any configuration issues that would explain this behavior, raising the possibility that this could be a Looker Studio bug.
