You can see nothing wrong with the expression result, but the QR barcode generated only stop in "https://www.appsheet.com/template/gettablefileurl?appName=GRForm-4058774" when You try to scan.

Ampersand (&) is a special character in URLs, indicating that one URL arguments ends and another one starts, that’s why the text encoded in the QR stops at the first “&” in your text. An ampersand encoded for a URL is “%26”. Not that you really needed to know that, just wrap your entire QR text in ENCODEURL(), so ENCODEURL( [link pdf] ) should work.
