I have looked all over the place but I can’t find an option to download my data to csv from the DB.Nor can I find the button to import a csv to a table.

Try looking at the action menu, click on the Do This section

It’s quite possible those don’t exist. AppSheet Database started as a project unrelated to AppSheet, then got bolted-on. The original project was never completed, and it’s a complex feature that likely isn’t well supported by the AppSheet development team.
