Improve Your Web Analytics with New Looker Marketplace Blocks for Chrome UX and Search Console

Today we are bringing more power to web developers with the introduction of a pair of new Looker Marketplace blocks: the Chrome UX Block and the Search Console Block.

The Chrome UX Block connects to the Chrome UX Report (CrUX), a public dataset in BigQuery with real-world Chrome performance data, including Core Web Vitals and historical site speed trends. This lets teams analyze how performance varies across devices, geographies, and connection types.

The Search Console Block integrates with Google Search Console, giving you a structured LookML model of your site’s search performance data. With this block, you can explore clicks, impressions, queries, pages, and ranking changes in Looker, enabling SEO, product, and analytics teams to spot patterns and correlate search visibility with site experience.

Together, these blocks provide a powerful way to join web performance and search data for deeper insights into how users are discovering and experiencing your site. Check out the Marketplace listings to view and contribute to the LooML models.

Explore the Marketplace and try the new blocks today to bring expanded web and search insights into your analytics workflow.

I pulled the Chrome UX and Search Console blocks into my dashboard yesterday—super handy for checking UX shifts alongside search trends without switching tabs or tools constantly.
