Implement a button to display hint details while hovering

Hello,

I am new to AppSheet and have been developing an algorithmic trading application in it. I have a form submission view for users. This form asks several questions about stock trading preferences, but I would like to have small text blurbs that explain what each preference means. Users can activate/deactivate these blurbs by hovering over a “hint” button, much like that found in the image below:

Is there a way to implement this sort of feature in AppSheet. I’ve looked at the UX/Behavior tabs to try and figure this out, but I haven’t had any luck so far.
