Imagen on Vertex AI Hitting Quota Limits over and over for just 1 image generation

I have 50 rpm and still getting the quota limits on any usage of all the Imagen models, even wehn i run for just 1 image generation. One would think the Google wnats developrs to use and build with ther platform, but everything i am seeing points otherwise. I have a paid account, and billling account linked to the project.

What else do i need ot do?

Hey, did you find a solution ? I’m in the same boat and despite making sure I have enough RPM, activated APIs, set up billing, etc., I’m being hit with 429 from the first request! The lack of info / direction from Google team on this is so frustrating!
