Hello all,
I have a static, non-pointed image I have put into my excel template that does not appear when the template is used by an automation step to generate a new file.
Is there something specific I have to do to the image to make it transfer?

I think excel templates are not meant to do this. I use mine just to export a range of data.
Is this the first time it happens or you tried using images on excel before?

I haven’t gotten it to work before. Wanting to put together a quote template with letterhead on it to make it easier to print.

The problem is you expect an excel to be printed

I know it’s a bad habit, that’s all.
AppSheet doesn’t support that scenario, you would be better creating a template to be mailed to you as a pdf. This can be a GDocs/MSWord or HTML

Problem with that is that it needs editing after its been generated. Any way I can do that in the PDF form?

Analize what kind of editing is needed and check if you can do that inside your app
