Image Columns Not Rendering in Preview

Starting today when our users upload an image or take a new photo, they get a blue question mark while still in the Form. If you make a quick annotation on it, the image will render in. If the user leaves the blue question mark and saves the Form, the image will render on save completion. This is only happening on iOS and verified on an iOS 17 and iOS 18 version.

We have not changed any settings app-side, and we verified that the application has Full Access to images/photos/gallery etc.

Just adding more context. Seems to only happen on “Drawing” type columns, “Image” type seem fine.

Some of my users are having the same issue.
