Ignore Seconds Everywhere?

Is there a way to universally apply “ignore seconds” for all DateTime fields? I’m a bit tired of setting it for every DateTime field.

Unfortunately we don’t have such a universal setting, but it’s a neat idea. Can you post the same as a Feature Request?
