IAM role 'Cloud Vision AI User' is not available after enabling Cloud Vision API

    I have enabled the Cloud Vision API for my project 'SAELA Worker Network'. However, the predefined IAM role 'Cloud Vision AI User' is not appearing in my project's role list, even after waiting and disabling/re-enabling the API.
    
    Because of this, I cannot assign the necessary permissions to my service account to use the Vision API.
    
    Can you please investigate why this role is not being provisioned in my project?
