I can’t create apps with a Microsoft account

When trying to create an app from a Microsoft account using data from SharePoint, I get this error. I can see the Excel files, but the app is not generated.

There was an error creating your app. Please try again or take a look at our templates to get started.

It doesn’t work either when I try to copy an app from a template.

Something went wrong while copying the app.

I also can’t set my Microsoft 365 account as a data source in the user settings section. Does this mean I can’t build apps in AppSheet with that account?

Sounds like a blessing in disguise to me. I would never try to use appsheet with excel or sharepoint ever again.

Sometimes it can’t be chosen.
Well, I already have one with a Google account, and the data is stored in SharePoint, and it works without any problems except that I don’t know how to save the PDFs to the SharePoint library. They are still being saved in the Google Drive folder.

Thanks, Steve, for your input.

That’s clear to me. The issue is why I can’t create an app from that Microsoft account.

I created the app from another corporate Microsoft account and everything works correctly. The data repository is a library on a SharePoint site, both for the app data and for the PDF files that are generated.

I’m afraid I have nothing else to add–I’ve only ever used Google accounts with AppSheet.
