I am not able to start my Google cloud Arcade lab

Hello,

I am participating in Google Cloud Arcade and was ranked on the leaderboard. During a lab session, I received the message:

“This lab account has been disabled.”

Immediately afterward, the Start Lab button became disabled on all labs. I can still log in to Google Skills Boost, view my dashboard, and see my completed labs, but I cannot launch any new labs.

I have not received any email explaining the issue.

Has anyone experienced something similar, and is this typically an account restriction, a temporary review, or a platform issue?
