The bot is supposed to create a Pdf if Status is = 1, but I cannot find the pdf.
I am not sure what output you are looking at.
The best place to see if you Bot ran is to look at the Monitor page. You can get to it via a button at the top of your Bot. Or you can go to the Manage->Monitor->Automation Monitor and tap the Launch button.
In the Monitor. go to the Runs tab (bottom middle) and there you will see a list of executed automation runs. Look for the name of your Bot. If you DO NOT see any listed run events for your Bot, then it was not successfully triggered. If you do find run events, then locate the one for problem run and drill into the details to see if any errors occurred.
