I accidentally deleted the Billing Account Costs Manager.
Could you please tell me how to restore it?

If I understood correctly, you’ve removed permissions from Billing IAM ? If yes, you have three options:
- Either, use Organization Admin account, log to Google Cloud console, and reassign role.
- Or, ask person who is responsible for managing billings to grant proper permissions
- OR, if both options are not able to be fulfilled, log as Google Workspace Admin, go to Google Cloud Console, and grant proper permissions as this Google Workspace Admin user.
