I accidentally deleted the Billing Account Costs Manager.
Could you please tell me how to restore it?

If I understood correctly, you’ve removed permissions from Billing IAM ? If yes, you have three options:

  1. Either, use Organization Admin account, log to Google Cloud console, and reassign role.
  2. Or, ask person who is responsible for managing billings to grant proper permissions
  3. OR, if both options are not able to be fulfilled, log as Google Workspace Admin, go to Google Cloud Console, and grant proper permissions as this Google Workspace Admin user.
