If in workflow template, I put <<[File]>>, it works but it has to show the row value :
When i tried <<HYPERLINK([File], “See video”)>>, it shows clickable link named “See video”, but when I click in the link is error :

When placing the link in a PDF, you need to specify to the full external path to the file where it is located within your cloud storage provider. So, if you use Google then it must be a Google URL you provide as the link.
Why? Because once the PDF is viewed, it is outside of the app domain and cannot take advantage of the path shortcuts the app enjoys.
