How to understand [Charges for other usage] in billing report

Hi,

I see [Charges for other usage] in billing report when it is filtered based on labels. How do I know what are these for? Got a couple of google searches which indicated that they might be for un-labelled resources. But is there a way to break it down to have a detailed overview?

Did you ever get a solve for this? I’ve got it now and it’s so unbelievably frustrating.
