Go to Behaviour → Actions, scroll down till you find your table, look for the action, open it, look for Appearance, and choose not to display it.

There is another way that is a bit simpler.
Columns defined as Phone have separate Callable and Textable settings which you can turn off/on independently as desired. Turning these off will hide the actions.
