We are part of Google Workspace Domain, all our workspace license get AppSheet core license by default. We noticed we can not purchase AppSheet starter or Publish Pro Plan for organization from Workspace Admin window. We assigned one of user (who has AppSheet core plan default) as AppSheet admin, it seems even that user can not purchase AppSheet starter or Publish Pro Plan (billing tab missing) from Appsheet Admin Console. Is there a way to get those two plans for organization?. We have to work on couple of Apps which are suited for starter and Publish Pro.

Not sure how many times you have advised to the questioners with this advice of “Please contact Support for help with this.”, but unfortunately, the support never gonna answer properly…. No hope with them.

I really get scared with AppSheet (and this community) because Google team members are all getting quiet (not posting any new reply nor new posts) for the last month(s)…..
Only ex-AppSheet member, Arthur and Adam alone responded recently, other than that, nobody is working on this community, which means no other Google member is out of interest of AppSheet…
From us , it looks like that.

Since your organization already has AppSheet Core licenses, you cannot purchase Starter or Publisher Pro plans directly from the AppSheet Admin Console or Google Workspace Admin Console.

How to Get the Functionality You Need
