How to show 'No sites (records) Available' when active user has no sites created

Hi,

I have a builREC app that I am creating. In the centre tab I have ‘My Sites’ that uses data from Active User.

I want to show text ‘No Sites Available’ when there are no user created sites (records).

Could someone please assist.
