Here we go: “Task Name”: “Send an email”, “Warnings”: “Warning: Some of the email recipients violate your team’s outgoing email allow-list setting and have been removed.”
I’m using AppSheet Core (Google Workspace) and my automation email to an external address fails with OutgoingEmailAllowListViolations.
The recipient is removed before sending. I can’t find the Outgoing email allowlist setting in my AppSheet UI, and the Team settings page says some features are Enterprise-only.
How can this be resolved for AppSheet Core tenants?
I’m not sure if you’re looking for this section, maybe go check in Admin Console by clicking on your account icon in top right corner, then selecting Admin Console then check account policies under organization, team or account if any exist. Then also check under My Team/Settings, there is an Outgoing allow list (This is an Enterprise feature I do beleive)
