How to restrict API developers to view and edit other apps keys and secret, which are not owned/created by those API Developer

We are running with 17.01 Apigee Edge private cloud version

We have a security issue, where each and every API Developer can access (view/edit) all apps keys.

We want to restrict this functionality. Where API Developer can only view or edit keys associated with their own apps and product

I tried with custom roles, but there is no option available to associated only particular developer app access to the API developer.

We are using Apigee public cloud and have a similar requirement for Apigee Developer Portal. We would like to restrict view/edit access of app consumer key & consumer secret for each API Developer registered on Developer Portal. Please let us know if there are any options available to control the access.
