Si lguien selecciona algun mes tiene que llenar los campos “RePorcentaje, ReFijo” segun sea el caso como en la imagen, yo he llenado ambos solo como ejemplo, alli todo bien
Sin embargo si selecciona un mes, luego digita valores en los campos como la imagen, luego cambia a matricula u otro valor que nosea un mes porque se equivocó, esos campos ya no se muestran pero siempre quedan llenos al momento de guardar
he intentado usar un Reset on edit, pero sin éxito aún

These values will have no effect if you don’t use/show them, so they can just be ignored. If for some reason you absolutely don’t want these values to be there, then you can manage their removal afterwards with automation or a Form Save action.
