How to make data not delay for 2 table save together

Hello everyone.

I have 2 tabel.

First table rellate with second table. And the tabel always save together

I have automation for send whatapps with API when i save the data.

Normaly, in Whatapps massage, all data in first and second table save together.

But in my cases. The second table no save together with first table (delay). So my whatsapp data on second table no rellate, but in few minutes normal.
