How to link a Flow with a 'Route Group' in 2025?

My UI does not appear to have a provision for connecting Flow Pages (or their settings) with a Route Group. When I click on Routes within a page, there is nothing indicating a way to link to the Route groups anywhere (although Gemini keeps telling me there is or that there ‘should be’.)

Any advice is appreciated!

  • In Console UI Testing you can select a flow

  • Route Groups are collections of routes—reusable routing logic in Dialogflow CX that allow you to manage repeated intent and condition handlers across multiple pages or flows.

  • There are two main types:

    • Flow-level Route Groups: Usable within a specific flow, ideal for common handling within one flow.

    • Agent-level Route Groups: Usable across the entire agent, ideal for global intents like “help” or “talk to agent”.

Thanks Yash,

Please help me to understand where the answer to my question is.
