Hello.
I have a project where I need to grant an SA permissions to roles/artifactregistry.reader.
I tried going to the other project to grant the SA the necessary permissions in the target project but the SA from the source project does not exist in the target. I think I need to use a workload identity for this role? Or how do you solve this problem?
