Hi friends , HOW TO GENERATE RANDOMomly UNIQUEID with only 5 caracters instead of 8 caracteres given by default ??

Try:

 LEFT(UNIQUEID(), 5)

or:

 RIGHT(UNIQUEID(), 5)

works perfect , what in case to combine between “ID” and “DATE” that UNIQUEID/TODAY

LEFT([ID]&[DATE]), 5)

OR

RIGHT([ID]&[DATE]), 5)
