How to display image when creating a new .xlsx file

Hello guys,

I’m trying to export .xlsx file by automation

I have a column, containing image link as this

Below is my template body :

But when exported xlsx, it’s show the link instead of the photo :

How to get the IMAGE column containing the photo instead of the photo URL ?? Please advise, thank you
