How to decode Accept-Charset header

I am setting Accept-Charset in the header of the request. But when I try to access request.header.Accept-Charset, I get NULL.

Can anyone please suggest what I am doing not correctly ?

How are you trying to access it? Do you see it in trace? Please share your policies and trace screenshots.

I got the RCA. Its the Postman which was adding some addtional headers. When tried in RESTED, it worked fine.
