How to create title headings in a form layout

Hi guys,

Is there a way to have a column heading as a title header/sub header, so no data is needed to be filled in. I’m trying to create a form like:

Section 1 (Sub Header)
Question 1
Question 2
Question 3
Section 2 (Sub Header)
Question 1
Question 2
Question 3

Have you checked out the Show column type???
