im interested in creating a form, which after its creation by the firm, will open a service call to the technician, and that the technician will be able to answer on the form a number of specific questions concerning the type of repair performed.
For example:
The call form from the office will include the information:
date
hour
the customer’s name
Type of fault
And when the technician sees the call in the app
He will have the options:
Update whether the issue has been addressed or not
Write down what was treated
Take a picture if a component needs to be replaced
