How to contact google for help

I work in a school and I am the new System Admin. I don’t have access to the domain the school is using and the old system admin didn’t give it to the director. So how do we get it back because cant create emails for new students and cant also reset password

Try to find the primary admin email address. It’s usually something like admin@yourschool.edu

Then, head over to the Google Admin Toolbox, and work through the steps -

To prove you own the school’s domain, you (or your school’s web/IT provider) will need to add a CNAME or TXT record to your domain’s DNS settings.

  • Google will provide a unique string of text (e.g., google-site-verification=...).

  • Once you add this to your domain host (like GoDaddy, NetRegistry, etc.), Google’s automated systems will “see” it and verify that you have authority over the domain.
