How to change user that sends an email?

I made an app for my friend so he can send invoices automatically. He can. Everything is setup and his app can easily trigger sending invoices to different emails. However, the email is sent under my name, not his. I have a Pro package subscription. Is there a way to change this behavior? As I made the app for him, I want emails to be sent under his name.

As you can see the details, the emails are sent thru noreply@appsheet.com address but it uses your account username as the display name. The solution is:

  • Expand your email workflow rule
  • Expand the details for the action
  • Locate the From Display parameter and set a name you like.

Because you’re using an “start an email” Action.

“From Display” is part of a Bot Task.
