how to change time zone in log based monitoring alerting email

I am getting email alert with timezone in UTC, I would like to change it to GMT.

I am getting the email as shown in the figure in the following documentation, however the time zone is UTC (Summary , start time section in the email body )

Currently, changing the time format for the email alert is not supported. This is actually a good feature request that you can recommend here - List open Cloud Logging issues.
