How to add a category to simple inventory app

Hi All,

I am currently customizing the simple inventory app → https://www.appsheet.com/templates/Update-inventory-and-monitor-levels?appGuidString=722f8a69-cdbe-4e10-9a02-b55e63cce457

I wanted to add one view - “category” where the app function as:

Select Category 1 - > Shows up Item 1-n under that category

How do I go about this?
