Hi team, I want to do a POC on Looker and GCP where I need to upload a sample data to GCP and fetch it to Looker by lookml , create dimensions and facts and a sample dashboard. To do so, I need trial access of Looker for few days , is it possible , if yes how ? Please tell me step by step. As my organisation doesn’t have any enterprise license right now.

Hi @rohit_shoppertr Looker (LookML / core Looker) does not offer a self-serve free trial that you can activate directly from the console. Access is typically provisioned through Google Cloud Sales.
If your organization does not have an enterprise license, the correct process is:

Go to the official Google Cloud Sales contact page.

Select Looker / Business Intelligence as the product of interest.

Submit a request explaining that you need temporary access for a POC (describe your use case clearly).

A sales representative will contact you to discuss trial or short-term evaluation options.
In some cases, trials are provided as time-limited instances in a GCP project, but approval depends on business review.
If you only need to build dashboards without LookML modeling, Looker Studio is free. However, for full LookML development and model deployment, you must request access through Sales or a Google Cloud partner.
