We are working on a customer that is in the healthcare industry so PHI, HIPAA compliance is paramount. We intend to use the Neo4J GCP marketplace solution. My question is whether we need to sign a separate BAA with the vendor who sells the Neo4J solution or is it baked inside my existing GCP account. BAA with Google is still mandatory i guess
