How do we display the actual address, phone vs. the images in table list views?
An easy way is to make the column type = Text.
Another option is to “turn off” the Inline Action. Each of the icons are a System generated Inline Action. You can go the list of system actions, find the one associated with the Phone, Email or Address, and set the display option to “Do Not Show”. CAUTION: This turns it off everywhere, even in the detail views where you see the Action icon next to the displayed value.
Oh, and a third option is to turn off the Callable and Textable properties in the Type Details section of the Phone type column. AT least I think if you turn off both it will show the plain text.

You’re usually better off starting a new conversation than asking a question as a reply to an old conversation. Also, it can often require well more than 5 hours to receive a reply.
Regardless, the solution for your question is essentially the same as what @WillowMobileSys replied to the original post. Consider adding an additional column–e.g., a virtual column with an app formula like TEXT([Address Column]).
