Our company is currently in the process of adding new CBSDs to a fixed wireless tower. These new CBSDs are unable to run simultaneously with our old system within CBRS due to differences in frequency protocol. Is it possible to set up a separate customer account to manage a secondary CBRS network without adversely affecting the first one?

Good question. If you only need to manage the incompatible devices separately, have you considered creating a new deployment? This will create a new user ID you can use to register your CBSDs separately. Anyone with an Admin role in the SAS Portal should be able to do this for you. Please see below for an example screenshot:
