How do I restrict permissions to the monetization features

Hi there,

We have Apigee Edge installed on our amazon on premises cloud. I noticed that in Edge management UI, both the default roles (user, Business User, Organization User) and the custom roles and full permissions to the monetization functionality (eg: to create Rate Plans). How do I restrict the permissions to the monetization functionalities?
