How do I migrate my packages and plans across environments.

How do Apigee customers who are using monetization migrate their packages and plans across environments? Has anyone done any automation around this?

Will Apigee look at providing SDKs for the management APIs if not then how do I get a openapi spec definition for Apigee management APIs.

Monetization packages are not associated with environments, The products inside the packages are associated with environments. So promoting the product is essentially promotion of packages too.
