How can i limit a user view?

Hello! I tried permissions in tables but didnt work… how i can limit the content of a view?

For example: I have the user SDF1, so he must view ONLY SDF1 content… And sm4, so on…

How can i do that?

but with these can i restrict the Views? Or only the columns?

Look the picture below… i have SMG4, and i want to show only SMG 4 on the “Atividades” Column… But i cannot get there. I want a automatic “filter”, if the user wants to register an task to SMG4, shows only SMG4 tasks.
