How can i have a dropdown list from a different or external spreadsheet

Hello!

Please, I have a spreadsheet of all the information I want in my dropdowns, how can I import it to my app linked to the question I want.

example, i have a question Type of Facility, and i have a list of them in a spreadsheet, but i still want to use my Enum for the dropdown.
