This issue usually happens when the app review system can’t detect a clear, accessible link to your privacy policy on your homepage. Even if the link is present, make sure it’s publicly visible (not behind login or hidden in menus), uses standard HTML anchor text like “Privacy Policy,” and points to a valid, publicly accessible URL (no redirects or broken links). Also ensure your homepage and privacy policy are both live and indexed—sometimes automated checks fail if the link is embedded in scripts or footers not rendered on initial load. After updating, resubmit the site for review.
