Hey,

I’ve got a user who has no problems on his phone, but when trying to open the app with Chrome it doesn’t start.

The error message says something that the app contains 41 columns and the Excel 52.

The app should be Ok. It’s been a while since it has that much columns and on the phone its working. It’s as if Chrome is stuck with an older version of the app.

Any ideas as to what might be the solution to this?

It’s opening the browser with an older version. Check the app version from the upper left menu. Try to refresh the browser with Ctrl+Shift+R and sync the app. If that doesn’t help, clean the browser’s history (cache) and open the app from the link again.
