help on fill the dropdown list with the value from other table

Hello all,

I would like to create a dropdown list, using the values from other table.

dropdown having 3 items,

name 1, name 2, name 3 which are set from the other table,

the other table have 10 items, only 3 are labeled “Y”.

how could I do it?
