Have you seen this error on csv downloads? Action Failed Not Connected

I have a client who’s simply not able to use the screen csv downloads feature. They continue to see this error. I’m able to download the files as expected and Meletiy at AppSheet is able to as well.

If you’ve seen this error were there any browser adjustments you made to allow the downloads? Anything would be helpful as I just configured an entire system based on the csv download capability for them and they’re unable to use it

Maybe the device’s default download folder is on a network drive that isn’t available?

I’ll check to see if this is the case. If yes, are there any alternatives?
