Hello, we have been having many problems with the latest version of GWSMO 4.3.77.0 where our users create contact groups (previous outlook versions known as contact distribution lists) and on open GWSMO 4.3.77.0 deletes all groups/distribution lists. I spoke to a support member and they suggested to downgrade to version 4.3.68.0. That solved the problem, however, GWSMO automatically updates to 4.3.77.0 after a PC reboot. Can you guys please work in this issue as it has deleted what is years of contact groups that we never backed up thinking GWSMO would back as google contacts labels. Come to find out it does not sync outlook contact groups at all.
