I have an issue with a graph view in my app. It appears in the preview mode and also on my mobile devices and browser but one of the users cannot view it. The link is shown in the footer, she can view any other view but not the graph. Any ideas?

The first thing to look at is if this user is getting the data required for the chart view. Do you have Slices or Security Filters that could be omitting data for this user?
Oh, and what does this user see when she does tap on the view icon?
When first installed the app worked fine. Now the link to the view doesn´t even open, she sees the prio view with no changes.
I use the same data set for two views: one sheet view showing all the numbers in an table (no problem with this view) and the very same data in a graph view which works perfectly fine for everyone else.
This means the app is fine. It is this one user, or device of the user, that is having an issue.
What do you mean here? It seems like you are saying the view doesn’t but then in same sentence are saying it is the “prior” view that is opening?
If its the later then it might that this user is having issues with getting the latest app version. I would first check which version of the app she has on her device - you can find this at the bottom of the About view. Compare her version to the current version.
If she has an older version, then have her logout and then log back in. That will usually resolve the problem and finally allow the updated app version to download to her device.
