We successfully applied to Google for Startups Cloud Program and we willing to start using the cloud functionality, but when we try to exceed our quota for gpu vms we receive following error on email:
Unfortunately, we are unable to grant you additional quota at this time. If this is a new project please wait 48h until you resubmit the request or until your Billing account has additional history.
We already upgraded our account to paid type.
We tried to contact our sales representatives (no response here) and we also tried to resolve is through support (case #54407746).
Can someone please help us to start using full power of GCP?
